My handle is broken, how do I fix it?

We stand firmly behind the products we manufacture, including hardware we employ that is made by others. Assuming our warranty condition of non-abuse applies, we're happy to provide a new handle and assist in installation.

Beforehand, we need to determine the bag model and handle style requiring replacement. This can usually be ascertained from your order history, a few questions, and rarely if necessary, a picture or two.
